Mr. Wang joined the Trademark Department of Bairui in 2010. As a trademark attorney, his expertise covers a variety of areas including trademark application, re-examination of refused trademark, opposition, cancellation and so on. He also provides trademark counseling service for many domestic and foreign famous listed enterprises. Besides, Mr. Wang studied deeply on relevant trademark laws and regulations, such as Trademark Law of China, Implementing Regulations of the Trademark Law of China and Rules for Trademark Review and Adjudication, with which he masters profound knowledge of trademark practice, including the trademark registration and examination procedure.
